Cancellation Process:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact our office at 805-471-1841 at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $175.
Missed Appointments:
